Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving order.Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Non-returnable Items:

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact customer service at [info@togs-store.com] with your order details.Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, or wrong size).

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact customer service. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
